April Updates..New flavor cooking

Happy April!
I’m Rishabh from Karma Wellness Kitchen – we’re a modern wellness brand built around real ingredients, functional flavors, and everyday rituals that feel good. Our roots are in food, but our mission goes far beyond the pantry.
If you’re reading this:
✅ You visited us at a local farmers market and left your email at our booth
✅ You’ve purchased our pops, teas, or meal kits online
Either way – thank you for being part of the Karma journey.
Something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately is routine.
I’m a pretty routine-oriented person. I don’t need to know exactly where I’ll be or what I’ll be doing every hour, but I like to carve out time for the things that matter most - blocking off goals and tasks in a way that feels natural to me.
As I’ve talked to more people about Karma, I’ve realized how much our food habits follow the same pattern.
People want food that works with their routine. Something functional. Something that reminds them of home. Something that's good for them, but easy to make.
Originally, that’s really what inspired our lentil and dal meal kits.
We designed them for the person who wants to eat well without the chaos of a grocery trip turning into a puzzle of mismatched ingredients.
With dehydrated vegetables and clean spices, we help people skip the clutter—and still get the joy of making something with their own hands.
Every time I’m in an airport, I find myself scanning the convenience shelves.
My go-to is usually a Kit-Kat or some Sour Patch Kids (no judgment), but I’m always surprised at how little has changed.
Where are the quality options? Where’s the food that’s actually convenient and good for you?
The truth is: people want to eat well. They don’t need a $20 salad to do that. They just need something thoughtful, simple, and familiar.
That’s the world we’re building Karma for.
🧂 Help us name our new flavor!
We’ve been testing a savory pop flavor that’s salty and crunchy - but we’re still deciding on the name. What should we call it?
Which option do you prefer?

Rishabh
