A zesty, Bombay (Mumbai) street-food inspired snack bursting with tangy flavors and crunchy pops.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Karma Pops
- ½ cup boiled chickpeas
- ½ onion, finely chopped
- ½ tomato, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 1 tbsp mint chutney
- 1 tbsp sev (crispy chickpea noodles)
- 1 tbsp roasted groundnuts (peanuts)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Karma Pops, chickpeas, onion, and tomato.
- Add chutneys and sprinkle with chaat masala.
- Toss gently and garnish with cilantro.
- Top with sev, groundnuts.
- Serve immediately for max crunch!
