
Fresh Salad with Karma Pops

The refreshing pops paired with a crisp salad create a symphony of flavors. Perfect for a light lunch or to share as a picnic salad in the company of friends.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh lettuce or mixed greens, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cucumber, sliced
- ½ cup feta cheese (or plant-based alternative)
- ½ cup chickpeas, cooked
- 1 cup Karma Pops
- Olive oil & lemon juice (for dressing)
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Wash and chop all fresh vegetables.
- Toss lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and chickpeas in a bowl.
- Add feta and a generous handful of Karma Pops.
- Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently and serve fresh.
