Fresh Salad with Karma Pops

The refreshing pops paired with a crisp salad create a symphony of flavors. Perfect for a light lunch or to share as a picnic salad in the company of friends.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh lettuce or mixed greens, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cucumber, sliced
  • ½ cup feta cheese (or plant-based alternative)
  • ½ cup chickpeas, cooked
  • 1 cup Karma Pops
  • Olive oil & lemon juice (for dressing)
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop all fresh vegetables.
  2. Toss lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and chickpeas in a bowl.
  3. Add feta and a generous handful of Karma Pops.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix gently and serve fresh.
